With over 30 years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, and training—coupled with the expertise of our certified trainers—Delmarva Foundation provides the tools needed to design and implement person‐centered training for the best results. A $20M subsidiary of Quality Health Strategies, Inc., headquartered in Easton, Maryland, Delmarva Foundation is a federally‐designated QIO‐like organization and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Delmarva Foundation is a proven manager of statewide quality programs conducting a variety of quality assurance reviews for Medicare and Medicaid programs. We have successfully managed Quality Improvement (QI), External Quality Review (EQR), and Utilization Review (UR) efforts in Maryland, North Dakota, West Virginia, Kansas, South Carolina, California, Georgia, Florida, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Currently, Delmarva Foundation conducts Person-Centered Thinking Training across Georgia and Person-Centered Planning and Practices for the Ohio Department of Disabilities.
